Official Plan & Zoning Amendment on Land East of AA MacDonald Hwy Rte 4 - PID 1115385.

Pursuant to sections 9.3.1 of the Town of Three Rivers Official Plan and sections 3.5 & 3.8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a Public Meeting before Mayor & Council on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 at 5:30pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser St, Montague).

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Official Plan & Development Bylaw Land Use and Zoning Bylaw Schedules (maps) for a proposed change of zoning of a parcel from Ag (Agriculture) to MU (Mixed-Use) with associated amendment of the Urban Settlement Area on Land East of AA MacDonald Hwy Rte 4, PID 1115385. Application reference135.26.REZ. The meeting is open to the public and the public is invited to provide comments on the proposed amendments.
