Public Notice Zoning Bylaw Amendment

Zoning Amendment 82 Main St., Montague. Pursuant to sections 3.5 & 3,8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a Public Meeting before Mayor & Council on Monday, August 31st, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser St, Montague).

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw Zoning Schedule (map) for a proposed change of zoning from C (Community) to R3 (High Density Residential) at 82 Main St., Montague. PID 193995. Application reference 90.26.REZ. 

The meeting is open to the public and the public are invited to provide comments on the proposed amendment. For further information, please contact the Town Hall at 902-838-2528 or by email at
planning@threeriverspei.com. Information on the proposed amendments may be viewed at the Town Office, 172 Fraser St, Montague during office hours (8am-4pm Mon-Fri). 

Public comments and feedback about the proposed rezoning will be accepted until September 14th, 2026 at 4pm.
