New Waterfront Pathway Taking Shape in Montague

Construction of the Sackville to Station Street pathway is currently underway and progressing well.  We are pleased to have a local contractor from Three Rivers, PEI Patio, completing this important enhancement to our waterfront.  The pathway was specifically designed by MacInnis Design and Consulting to allow users to navigate the steep slope safely so to eliminate a narrow gravel path that was well used, but quite unsafe. In addition, we will be adding a crosswalk and sidewalk on Sackville Street to further enhance accessibility and safety.

We want to add that none of this could have happened without the participation of our partner, Perrin’s Waterview Villa.
