Public Notice Zoning Bylaw Amendment

Zoning Amendment at 406 MacIntyre Avenue Montague.

Pursuant to sections 3.5 & 3.8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a Public Meeting before Mayor & Council on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser St, Montague).

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw Zoning Schedule (map) for a proposed change of zoning from R3 (High Density Residential) to C (Community) at 406 MacIntyre Avenue, Montague, PID 849158. Application reference 201.25.REZ. The meeting is open to the public and the public are invited to provide comments on the proposed amendment.
