Official Plan & Zoning Amendment on Land East of AA MacDonald Hwy Rte 4.
Pursuant to sections 9.3.1 of the Town of Three Rivers Official Plan and sections 3.5 & 3.8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a Public Meeting before Mayor & Council on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser St, Montague).
The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Official Plan & Development Bylaw Land Use and Zoning Bylaw Schedules (maps) for a proposed change of zoning of two parcels from A (Agriculture) to C (Community) with associated amendment of the Montague Urban Settlement Area on Land East of AA MacDonald Hwy Rte 4, PID’s 1186501, 165605. Application reference 209.25.REZ. The meeting is open to the public and the public are invited to provide comments on the proposed amendments.
